ManagePoint links to your corporate website with a single (client login) button and gives your clients around-the-clock access to service requests, knowledgebase information, customer assistance chat, and a secure document archive. ManagePoint integrates with Microsoft Business Solutions Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to present a running history of customer contact - service request e-mails, phone calls, notes, responses, and billing history.
ManagePoint was acquired, along with Adia's Datacenter and hosting business, by Online Technologies Corp., of Ann Arbor, MI in January 2004.
